soo hi guys today's topic would be very off, why because lately i have been hearing a piece of music called The Caretaker - Everywhere At The End Of Time. This song is 6 Hours long composed by The Caretaker or Leyland Kirby, why is this song interest me its because the song has a powerful meaning and the meaning behind the song is the creator's Grandmother passed away due to Dementia and he created this piece of song to mimic what is happening to his grandmother. and these mimic is what makes this music different, Stage 1 is described as the start of everything and the first song in the album is "it's just a burning memory" at Stage 1 all you can hear is a '40-'50s ballroom songs that's a bit melancholy and nostalgic where every time you changed song you can still hear a bit of "it's just a burning memory" melody running in the background and most of this song change mood every time you hear it.
Stage 2 is described as a sudden surprise that something is wrong and the first song is "A losing battle is raging" and in this Stage the song is still the same but it could suddenly change or missing a tempo, and in this album there is a feeling of anger and rage where the patient knew something is wrong but its too late. Stage 3 is described as its too late and the first song is "Back there Benjamin" where the effect of Dementia is seen and getting more dangerous, in Stage 3 you can feel something that is coming up that isn't right and you realize the song is going somewhere but going nowhere and i suggest if you already feel anxious or if you feel discomfort I suggest you stop hearing because Stage 4 and 6 will break your emotion and mood.
Stage 4 is described as where, who, when, and how am I, the album start's with "Stage 4 Post Awareness Confusions" and in Stage 4 the song will be weird and distorted where your brain is trying to catch melody from Stage 1&2 that's just passing by and that represents the brain of the patient trying to catch memories of people or tasks that are just passing by and you cant chase or hold on to it, in the middle of the album there is a song called "Stage 4 Temporary Bliss State" and this is your last time hearing a melody that last's 30 seconds. Stage 5 is described as acceptance and the first song is " Stage 5 Advanced plaque entanglements" in this album you just feel weird and confusion but from all, you feel empty and sad but you know its ending while a song from all Stages just comes in every few seconds and you accept that you can't hear the melody
Stage 6 is described as the end and the album starts with "Stage 6 A confusion so thick you forget forgetting" and in this song is just an ambiance that feels like ur in a cave but longer and longer you can suddenly hear a distant melody and hear that melody and enjoy it cause it's you're last, and the last song " Stage 6 Place in the World fades away" describe as its done, it's okay, don't worry, you are fine in this song you can feel the end no more songs no more distortion no more weird sounds it's done and now you can rest. and in the end, you can hear a distant one last song to finish it.
