Why is it that in every part of the world, wealthy or poor; in every possible time chronology, now and then; and every type of group; profit-oriented business or communality, everything seems to be operating in its own imperfect scheme. I can't count how many times I was told by someone "you may enjoy the concert, but you must know that the people behind it was failing to do this and that, battling each other, throwing shitload of curse and rude words at each other”. How many times did you stumble upon a great place and its fundamental ideology and then you cant help but thinking “holy moly, this is the one. The purpose, the underlying idea about this place is everything I want”. Yet, there is always that one person (at the very least), who have spent quite some time in that place, that say,” haha poor you, wait until you know all the flaws this place has. You will find that people in this place are horrible, hypocrite, etc”.

Well, the more we see, the more we realize this world operates using one and only one way and that is the imperfect way. A world cup winning teams would at least concede one goal, yet they still managed to bring home the golden trophy. A startup world knows something called Minimum Viable Product. A product with very minimalist feature that is far from perfect yet would still do its job/function properly. Perfect should not be an option since the very beginning. It is not perfection that we should desire. It is the opportunity to move forward and that is evaluation.

Evaluation is simple. We continue what is good and helpful and improve what is seems to be not working. Evaluation is a procedure that is actually very biological. Ever heard something called evolution by means of natural selection? A guy named Darwin purpose that idea. He said something like this (I paraphrase): survival of the fittest, those who survive are those who have selected by nature. Evaluation is actually societal version of evolution or natural selection. One way or method that has been proven to be robust towards any falsification or challenge, will thrive and should be persevered.

So evaluate. You don’t know how far we can go when we keep on evaluating. Do not skip it.

Oh yeah, btw the title has nothing to do with the writing. That is part of lyric of a song that I listened to while I write this writing. In case you are wondering it is "Chop Suey" from System Of A Down.
