Team

What is a team for you? Many people think that a team is just for working on a project, and a group you discuss with. For me a team is a group of people that we can trust and help each other with all of the challenges. We can’t be enemies when we are in the same group, that's the challenge for teamwork. Maybe you may not like the people on your team, but that’s is the art behind teamwork. What teamwork means for you might be different for your teammates. What teamwork looks like also depends on the nature of your work and what type of challenges you go through. 

For me a good team is not the one that never fights, but a good team will always have a fight for their opinions one over another. Teamwork can only be called ‘teamwork’, if all of the members can give their opinions and make a conclusion from the opinions that they have given. It doesn't matter whether you're just starting in your new work environment, or you're the leader, etc.  Everyone gains great benefits when effective teammates are in place. With effective teamwork comes more open communication.
