AES 13: Emotional Limit's

You would sometimes find yourself in a place where you felt like everything was going downhill. When people’s actions or words start to get to your head and it hurts so bad. Most of the time, you just let it go. You pretended as if nothing ever happened. As if those words don't hurt like a knife was going through your body hundreds of times. There will always be a time where you feel like you're about to blow up. Everybody has their own emotional limit’s. They have their own capacity where they only can receive that many problems. When you overflow that bottle of emotional limit’s, you can blow up into pieces where you don't know if you could put those pieces back together.

Without pain and struggle you wouldn't have strength and character. Without negative people you might not appreciate the positive people in your life. Without painful endings, you may not have been led to a new great beginning. There is a reason and a purpose in everything, if you can open your eyes to see it and open your heart to know it. Use the pain in your life as fuel to take you wherever you need to go. It might not feel great at the time, but keep your head up and be open to the fact that you deserve better, and if you keep believing you’ll get better.

Always try to calm yourself down before solving a problem. Even if that means going on walks, sleeping, listening to music. Do anything that makes you feel calm. There will always be a positive side in all of the problems you're going through. Try to face it, rather than run from it. From the things I have learned, if you feel mad towards this person, just try to say it even though you don’t like confronting someone. Cause no matter what, they won’t know what they did wrong if we didn’t tell them. Just tell them with an open mind and lower your ego. I have learned alot from people that have come to my life, and I'm still learning. I will always try to be a better person. Not just for other people but also for myself. Maybe this is just the beginning of having a better life.
